15. Bromsgrove Youth and Community Hub
The Hub started in the basement of Bromsgrove Baptist Church and provides safe, inclusive opportunities for 8–19 year-olds to grow, express themselves and connect.
Some of the services, they provide are: holiday camps, SEND groups, music tuition, youth council, LGBTQ+ provision, allotment projects and time to just relax and socialise.
Thank you Lord for the provision of such an engaging place for young people in Bromsgrove. Thank you for the amazing staff who work there and the volunteers who give their time to support and listen to young people in our town.
Lord, we lift up all the people in the town who volunteer to help children in this town, whether at the hub, Guides, Rainbows, Brownies, Scouts, Cubs, Boys’ Brigade or the many sports groups – thank you for the time they give week in, week out and let them feel blessed and supported by the parents and children they are helping.
We ask that in these difficult financial times, that money doesn’t become a barrier. Help them find funding and support.
Amen! I am so blessed to have found this prayer station as I parked today, what an amazing initiative! Lord may you bless all who volunteer and work at the Hub to keep this safe, friendly and wholesome environment going for our young people in Bromsgrove and even surrounding areas. Bless the children and young people as they get ready to return to school in a few days. We give all glory and praise to you oh Lord for making provision for all our needs, in the name of Jesus, Amen.
